Spacious and clean apartment within minutes from the beach

Excellent location within minutes from the beach Very clean Washing machine, dishwasher, cleaning supplies included in the room Spacious apartment with a little yard in the back The owner was very helpful with excellent communication

The bed was not very comfortable and the sun was coming through the window blinds early in the morning It was a bit expensive, since there was no breakfast included and no everyday cleaning

Exceptional wonderful pleasant value for money

Location right at beach front , pool available sun beds coffee ice cream shop .Alexis the host has 5 plus ratings very friendly and helpful easy instructions by host all what you ll need for stay you have more than that available, Market restaurant other beaches are with 10 mins access. Taxi to Airport can be arranged too ( In advanced ) any help you need your host is ther for you . if its your first time you ll have exceptional experience

Fabulous location and gorgeous apartment in a quiet area surrounded by trees and the sea. The pool was pretty much ours for 10 days- so this was a luxury! The host was so accommodating and kind, great advice on local restaurants and activities. We particularly loved the walkway along the beach with viewpoints , outdoor gym apparatus and steps to the turquoise sea. The bed was super comfy and the kitchen well equipped too- we will be back! Thank you Alexis!

A clean and comfortable apartment in an amazing location.

We spent nine nights at the apartment. The location of the apartment was perfect. It was a good distance away from hustle and bustle of the larger resorts and the busy centre, however everything was within walking distance. Beautiful beaches and bays were close by and there is a lovely restaurant and coffee shop across the road which we regularly visited. The apartment was spotless and well stocked with everything you will need for your stay. The courtyard was a nice place to sit and enjoy a meal or drinks and also good for drying laundry. Our host, Alex was extremely friendly, touching base regularly to see if we were comfortable or if there is anything we need. He was a pleasure to deal with and gave detailed instructions, (including videos) on different features regarding the apartment. I would definitely recommend this apartment for a short or long stay in Protaras.

Definitely the best location in Protaras. Centrally located between beaches, restaurants, shops etc. The apartment is just right, would definitely go back again.

Location super e la spiaggia (Fig tree) più bella della zona. (Fantastica l'escursione a Famagosta).

Appartamento molto bello stile moderno, nuovo, ben curato e ben tenuto. Tutto funzionante doccia, acqua calda, lavatrice e servizi in genere. Posizione tranquilla un pochino lontano dalla via principale, ci volevano 10/15 minuti a piedi per raggiungere la zona centrale della via principale, quella con i ristoranti e i locali. Host molto disponibile, rispondeva immediatamente ai messaggi.

Non è relativo all'appartamento, ma nei dintorni non abbiamo trovato supermercati con prodotti per cucinare, solo bibite, snack e roba per la colazione, ma niente carne o verdure. Non abbiamo usato la cucina optando per cose veloci a pranzo e ristorante la sera.
