Lovely cozy one bedroom suite with pool

The location is definitely the highlight - only a few minutes’ walk from the beautiful seaside promenade, around 15 minutes on foot from Fig Tree Bay, and close to several lovely bays for swimming. The pool area is also nice, and having private parking is a very convenient addition. Nicos was responsive and helpful whenever we contacted him.

Unfortunately, the apartment itself needs more attention. The self check-in instructions were not very clear and we had to ask for additional guidance, although Nicos responded quickly. The key was strangely wrapped in a plaster/bandage, which wasn’t a great first impression. More importantly, cleanliness was below expectations: we found hair on the towels and in the bathroom, and there was mould on the ceiling. The bed was also very poorly made and the sheets were too small for the mattress, meaning they constantly came off and we ended up sleeping partly directly on the mattress. The hand soap dispenser was empty, as was the washing-machine detergent. The building itself is also not particularly well maintained, and the elevator was out of service for one day during our stay. Overall, the apartment is okay and the location, pool and parking are definite positives, but considering the condition, cleanliness and attention to detail, we found it overpriced for what it offers.
