We were there at the end of November, and much of Protoras was already closed. The small beach near the apartment didn't warm up in the sun, and it was a long walk for my mother-in-law and my 2-year-old daughter to the nearest wide beach. So we went by car to Nissi Beach. The apartment is fully equipped, but basic (drawers without closers, wall-mounted hair dryers, etc.). It's on the first floor, and there are no screens (mosquitoes were in and cats came in). But basically, everything matches the photos on the website. The smell in the apartment was not very pleasant (either from the cleaning products or the residential complex itself). At my request, they installed a potty for a child, for which we are very grateful. Check-in and check-out were with any problem. The apartment is quite spacious.

We like this apartment, but the sofa is very uncomfortable, the wall is dirty. Location and the pool is perfect.

Lovely location, short walk to the strip 10 mins.
Apartment was great with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms.
Nice pool, good size and lovely views out to sea.
Customer service was great as the electricity card would not work on arrival late at night, very prompt came straight away and resolved the problem.
Would stay again happily.

We didn’t have to use Customer service, but we did receive several messages from them for anything we might need so over all excellent service. The apartment was a good size for our needs,clean towels and bedding was provided along with a small welcome pack.
The apartment on the surface was clean, but needed replacing some items eg shower grubby, door not sliding properly falling apart. A few of the kitchen items need to be replaced eg glasses. No broom provided to sweep up the floor .
Slightly noisy during the night from returning late night part goers, some residents had no consideration around the pool for others as had their music very loud, when several guests had different music on it was really loud, the majority of the time was peaceful though.
Overall we had a lovely relaxing week, would probably select another apartment overlooking the sea.
