Firstly Anna is a delight to connect with. She is very kind, helpful and a gem of a human being. The place is in a farm area which is really quiet. The room is nice, cozy, and clean. Plenty of space for parking. Feel free to ask Anna for anything and she will be more than happy to help you and guide you. Will surely stay here if I visit vancouver in future. Highly recommended if you like a cozy and homely space. Remember that its always the people you interact with that defines your experience in a new place.
The bed was a little small for my height. Not too bad but a stretch while sleeping and you bang your feet and toe. So if you are anything above 5'11, make sure you ask.

Very quiet place in Burnaby! Cannot imagine there is still farmland in Burnaby. Owner kindly shared some fresh plums with me. When my 3 year old son came to visit me, he also picked some plums himself.

Anna was a wonderful conversationalist and tried to help us navigate the area. She was gracious letting us keep our food in the small refrigerator and let us use 2 Compass cards for a bus ride to the Skytrain. The walk to the bus was about 10 minutes which was quite manageable. Anna also let us use their car charger for our EV for a small fee, which was very generous. Communication was generally good. The area was very rustic, with lots of farms and green space, which was nice. The cost was reasonable for what the property offered, especially for a solo traveler.
The room was really small for 2 people. We had to tiptoe around our luggage. The bathroom was adequate, but the hot water supply was iffy and the hand soap dispenser didn't work. There was no microwave, which is kind of a standard appliance in hotels and bnbs these days. The keypad lock was very temperamental; several times it took quite a while to get the lock to work. Written instructions would have been nice. The location was a mixed bag - peaceful and bucolic, but a long drive from downtown Vancouver. The bus to the Skytrain wasn't as frequent as we had hoped, maybe once every 30 minutes or more. Bottom line, if we had known how small the room was or recognized how far the property was from Vancouver proper we wouldn't have stayed.
