Mgmt company is quick to respond. Gave us a bottle of sparkling cider at our door, with extra towels, to make up for the uncleanliness and lack of supplies, although didn't resolve our needs.
Kitchen wasn't stocked as advertised. There was no rice maker, crockpot, cutting boards, or even hot pads. Unfortunately after taking time to prep a full menu and bring all the food to the property based on advertised expectations we had to revamp and grocery shop to pull off our menu...Taking money and time. After requesting an early check-in (more than 48 hrs in advance - which evolve vocalized was appropriate) we were given an early 2pm time from evolve. The microwave was covered in splatter and when mentioned to them it was blamed on me because I asked for an early check-in.
