Pet-Friendly Cle Elum Condo - Hike, Ski & Relax!

Very beautiful and comfortable room.

Great Lodge/ Probably a time share. Lodge staff were friendly and helpful. The place was nice and the beds were good, shower was great. This is not a bad place. It was clean and generally comfortable, but for >800 for only 2 nites - it is not up to expectations.

The directions in Booking lead us to the center of a nearby town - not to the address of the lodge. After blindly following directions to an alley way and realizing this - then we had to read through a bunch of texts from the property before we realized that one of them had an address. Listing should have clearly identified part of Suncadia, and the address, plus link to listing should be corrected. Also - if you contact the property, you will find you are contacting a property management rep & as they told me - they manage 36 properties, so could not even discuss anything until I could figure out which one was involved in my booking. The lodge people were Very helpful. Once we got there, checking was easy, and staff were helpful. But they were also VERY clear that they could do no room care or support for any rooms booked through 3rd party - 2nd flag... This is a nice condo with a kitchen, and I wanted some Ice and expected that the full-sized fridge/ freezer would have some - nope. I walked the halls thinking there would be an ice maker - nope - called the staff and they were kind enough to come and look and tell me the ice maker in the fridge was not only broken, but the tray was missing... Then they offered to help me get a bucket from their bar. Decided to drink warm soda - set it on the table and it almost fell, as the living room coffee table is barely held together... a disaster in the waiting (and someone may pay for it later)...

Misleading advertising. Not all the amenities are included in a private rental. Unit could have been cleaner (hair on the towels). The queen air mattress does not stay inflated.

The location was beautiful, lots of family friendly things to do. We loved sledding, ice skating, s’mores at night and the coffee stand right in the lobby. The trails are beautiful and staff is friendly. Plenty of blankets and pillows available in the room. Very cozy space. The air fryer was convenient.

We were disappointed that the hot tub was out of order and there was ice surrounding the pool area, making it dangerous to walk around. The entire 4th floor smelled like someone was cooking fish for 3 days. There was no lock on the bathroom door and the shower was cool water and had poor water pressure.
