Toilet seat didn't really fit the toilet well so every time you sat on it it moved to the side and it felt like you were going to fall off the toilet.

Great location and easy walk to lake. Enjoyed the new store and coffee shop. Nice to see new amenities being added to the resort. So close and convenient to get to from greater seattle area.
Would be nice if each side of bed had an accessible outlet or charging port with USB C and USB ports. Also lighting in bathroom at sink/mirror is not great so adding a vanity mirror with lighting would be helpful.

The kitchen was great to be able cook meals. Great appliances.
No welcome gift in a the basket that was promised in the check in instructions. No proper or abundant supply hand soap in the bathroom. Just a very watered down near empty bottle.

We loved the hotel amenities while staying in this well equipped condo. My mom was so excited for the welcome treats. The views at The Lodge are incredible and the kids loved the heated pool and hot tub.
The person at the front desk was very nice but seemed confused by the reservation since we booked through bookings.com. This seemed pretty common to me. It seems like their reservation system couldn't accommodate this.
