Ultra Modern Apartment off St Julians

As we arrived, half of the couch was wet because of the AC above, and they haven’t told us there was maintenance that day. (Also it didn‘t work on our last day, but luckily we had to leave at 10 :-)) The staff also wanted to go into our apartment at the first day without our permission, when we weren‘t there. (You have to leave the key outside in a box all the time, which we absolutely didn‘t like.) There was only small 1 shower gel for 2 bathrooms & 6 people. Also only 1 soap in the whole apartment, already completely mixed up with water. Funny with 2 toilets :-) The staff was very unfriendly & also lied to us. They said they brought the missing items directly, but nothing was in front of the door or inside, and we also did not allow them to go inside directly in the beginning. On our last day, they really placed dishwasher soap in front of our door - the only thing we wrote we had enough. The „24/7 emergeny number“ wasn‘t available at all at our first day. It took us half an hour to get into the apartment because the instructions were so unclear. Of course everybody knows that you have to wait between the # & the number :-) (Later we met two guys that were also standing in front of the door and asking for help.^^) I would not come back here.

Ruim opgezet, airco’s werkte goed, genoeg servies

Je zit in een appartementencomplex met ook particulieren mensen. Ik begrijp daarom ook dat het, zeker wanneer je met een grote groep bent, overlast veroorzaakt. Maar ideaal is dat dus niet.

El apartamento estaba limpio, equipado, nuevo y la ubicación genial, cerca de los puntos de interes y tranquilo.

The location was good and the apartment was very spacious, and quiet. The access code entry meant it was very safe and having a lift made life a lot easier with a large suitcase and a pushchair. There was a travel cot and high chair ready in the apartment for us.

We weren’t sent the access codes so spent 40 minutes outside trying to call and sending messages, despite confirming our arrival time ahead of arrival. There was no hoover and the broom was broken so over the 5 nights we stayed the floor wasn’t very clean at the end. There was mould in the bedroom and the shower requires a deep clean. There was a knock on the door at 09.30 with the cleaner informing us it was time to check out - which it wasn’t
