LA88 Bayview Penthouse with Jacuzzi

The location was excellent and in walking distance to lots of places. The area felt very safe and friendly. The space was really good and the facilities offered were good. The hostess was available and responded to messages. The air conditioning was excellent and beds were very comfortable. Adequate crockery and cutlery for 4 people. Secure entry.

As per previous reviews, two out of three toilet seats were extremely loose and this had been reported prior to our stay. The cleaners told us they were waiting for new parts. In the 11 days these did not appear! The showers were tricky to use due to the shower heads not staying in position on the shower rail. This again was reported prior to our stay. We would recommend that some form of cushioning is supplied for the two sun loungers on the deck. We were also slightly concerned that nobody serviced the hot tub during our 11 night stay! Having rented many properties in different countries we have always had a welcome pack giving details on how to use appliances, particularly the tv, and think this would be beneficial. Unfortunately we experienced some late night/early morning noise from people in the units below but understand that this was beyond the control of our hosts.

The apartment is spacious, has lovely views and is nicely decorated and well equipped. The sea view is amazing. Our host was very friendly and extremely helpful. Location is excellent, very close to restaurants, bus station, supermarkets.

Great location, close to shops, restaurants and bars. Clean, third bathroom and laundry room very useful.

Needs a little refresh, walls are dirty, toilet seats are not screwed correctly so moving around, WiFi doesn’t work in any of the bedrooms, there’s only 4 knives in the kitchen, freezer very difficult to open due to door not actually attached, dishwasher moving when you open it, shower head holders are broken in both bathrooms. Bed slats were broken and we could see someone tried to fix them with some tape. Some things are not very safe especially around kids. All those things could be easily fixed by the handyman. The worst one is the railing on the roof terrace as screws are loose so you can fall if you lean against which is super dangerous!

Good location

The apartment is untidy, very dusty, the terrace furniture is broken, the bedroom and corridor walls have mold, and a mold smell is noticeable throughout the entire apartment. The bedding is of poor quality.
