The location, the way the entire apartment was set up, the communication from the hosts and the price point value.
Showers weren't great, the water heating system was a bit fiddly and cleanliness wasn't upto par.

This shortstay apartment was very easy and accessible throughout my whole stay. The staff were very responsive and imformative about what options i had to choose from such as the relaxed check-out and a 2h hot water boost which was very appreciated
Overall my experience was great between all the services provided , the only thing i would ask to improve was the double sized mattress as i found it could be less comfortable than the single beds , but honestly that is just a very minor thing to be pointing out as i heard the apartment under us got their mattresses renewed recently
