The staff Jakov was very helpful and responsive
The water boiler in the bathroom took quite a long time to reach the temperature and it didn’t last long after usage

Location and comfort.
The directions to get there from the parking location. Consider taking an Uber to Polce Gate instead of walking through Pile Gate, even more of you bring luggage.
