About this apartment rental

The Best location in Dubrovnik and our building is street level. We are right in the heart of the Old Town, just a few steps away from most important monuments; churches, the main street Stradun, the old harbour, the market square, restaurants and so much more.

Dates from the 15th century, original charm and detail maintained with this renovated suite - lots of bright light but nice cool air conditioning in each room with separate controls.

Old Town Dubrovnik is a walking town, no cars allowed. We do have a nightclub on our street called MILK. Some guests find it loud between 10 PM and 2 AM.

Fantastic location and a comfortable, spacious apartment. Suited our needs The host was quick to deal with the wifi when it wasn’t working so everything was fine. One bathroom shower leaked but I am sure that would be fixed before the next person arrived

Great apartment. It is next to a disco, the music was loud, but we slept fine. The beds comfy, kitchen well stocked, couch/sitting area comfortable as well. Nice respite in the center of all the activity. The apartment was clean, but the bathroom showers could use a little love. Would stay again for location and friendliness of contact person. Overall a good apartment

The location of the property couldn't be better, right in the middle of Old Town. The apartment is basic, but very clean and comfortable. The landlord was very good in working with us about check in and check out times. Be aware that it is a very old building so there are a few things to consider. You have to walk up three flights of old stairs with your luggage. To get from the main bedroom to the kitchen/living area you have to walk through the outside hall or the smaller bedroom. All in all, a good place to stay.

Large rooms, very homey. Location can't be beat. Not real views, but light if you want it. It is next to a club that operates til 2 am, but it is several floors down and the music isn't too loud, at least with windows shut and a/c on. Very responsive host.

Excellent location, excellent responsiveness from owner. We had a hard time getting the unit warm during our Dec 2023 stay and it took a good 12 hrs to warm up the master bedroom. Once warm it stayed warm. Cleaners had left a window open which is why it was cold upon arrival. Internet did not work upon arrival but we contacted the owner and she immediately scheduled service and issue was resolved within the day. Washing machine was wonderful to have in the apartment but dryer did not work - upon reviewing the listing I believe it was disclosed in the listing so we did not ask any questions or request repair. Overall Great stay. Would recommend.

Beautiful apartment right in the Old City - very fun being located right off of the main street ("Stradun") immediately among all of the cafes, restaurants and shops. It has lots of space (especially convenient if you're traveling with lots of luggage), and so many amenities - great little kitchen and fridge and really nice to have the two bathrooms. At night it is fairly calm and undisturbed since it is at the end of a dead end street. There is a bar+club in the same street but the music was not an issue, it's still very quiet and we had no issues falling asleep. Hosts were very helpful and communicative, and easy check-in/out. Highly recommended and would absolutely book again.

We really enjoyed having the room to spread out a bit from each other with two bedrooms and two baths as well as a living area. Views out the windows were fun and the location, right in the heart of old Dubrovnik, was great.

I'm baffled by the online description 'on a quiet street' and amazed that none of the reviews mention the nightclub right next door! It blasted out music until 2am making it impossible to sleep until the early hours. Then there was glass bottle collection and deliveries at 3.30 and 5.30. As a result we spent the morning catching up on sleep and barely emerged before lunchtime, missing half the sun and compromising what we could do with our day. We spent the week wondering what we had missed in the online representation and how we had got it so wrong...

We loved our time at this property! It was a bit difficult to find at first but once inside it is spacious with tall ceilings and lots of windows. Quiet place to sleep in the heart of the old town. The AC worked well throughout, beds were comfortable and we would gladly stay here again!

Our family of four had a terrific stay in this convenient apartment in Dubrovnik. The location cannot be beat -- as others have mentioned, it is quiet and secluded yet just steps away from everything and smack in the center of Old Town. After countless meals out on our trip, we cooked dinner and ate breakfast and lunch in partly due to the nicely set-up kitchen including dishwasher. Yes, there was salt, pepper, sugar, olive oil, paper towels etc. in the kitchen and the bathrooms had the supplies we needed. A small market open late is a one minute walk away. Beach towels were provided which was a bonus, but we mostly used our own. The set-up of the apartment does mean that you are walking through the bedroom with the twin beds to get to the master unless you use the outside hallway to go in between. This was not an issue for us, but just something to know. Bathrooms are off the living room and in the master bedroom, Nadia was extremely welcoming and permitted us to have access to the apartment to drop off our bags which was super helpful! Enjoy your stay -- I would highly recommend this apartment in Dubrovnik.

This was the best laid out, serviced and supplied apartment that our family of four stayed at on our month long trip. It is not lacking a single thing. The hostess was delightful & readily available for advice about the city and property. Right off the main square but tucked away and quiet. Incredibly comfortable beds and pillows and covers/sheets. It is a wonderful apartment that even had beach towels, shampoo, baby powder, shave cream and q-tips! We had the best stay here!

Deep in Dubrovnik Old Town

So the location was great, we had a spacious 2BD,2BA 2nd story apt tucked at the back of a dead end street just past the Restaurant Dubrovnik so everything within the city center was close by and if we ventured out before 9am or after 8pm it was fair less crowded. The green market and supermarket were right around the corner and of course bakery, cafes, and ice cream were close at hand too. We had a fair bit of rain so it was great to have a place to hangout, read, nap especially in the afternoon when streets are so packed with hoards off the cruise ships and buses. The washing machine was great and the lack of a dryer was no big deal although several windows don’t open so hanging laundry required some ingenuity. Nadia, our host, was great and she meet us at the apartment and gave us the tour and great recommendations. Only problem is there is no parking so we had to park far away and hike to and from with luggage but that’s part of the journey and with all the good food we ate it was welcomed exercise.

this apartment is in perfect location in the Old City. It only needs a few small changes to be a 5 star! (drier not working , some windows cannot be opened). Other than that, it is great. Owner provided everything you might need and tons of info about the city and responded quickly to some issues with wifi. Will get back if I have the chance! tons of Dubrovnik still to see!

Loved our stay in Old Town during the World Cup finals. Very clean and comfortable. Location is perfect, steps away from the action but isolated on a dead end street so the apartment is perfectly quiet (even when folks were partying after the WC Finals). AC was great in the master and common room. Layout was perfect for us (2 adults, 2 kids). Would definitely recommend and stay again. Only nit was WiFi could be spotty at times but not a big deal.

The apartment has a LOT of room and two bathrooms, very good AC, kitchen, etc. Nadja was excellent with communicating back and forth immediately and even let us stay the last day way past our check out time. Don’t go outside the walls, you must stay here!!

Quiet at night, but close to the action during day! The owner was very helpful, and gave us a lot of information on things to do, where to eat and all.
