Zentrale und ruhige Lage des Appartments die Vermieter/in hat immer rasch auf Fragen reagiert Das Haus ist sehr sauber die Küchennische ist sehr klein, aber mit dem Notwendigsten ausgestattet (Teller, Gläser, Besteck, Wasserkocher, ...)

Die Einrichtung ist z.T. unpraktisch: z.B. wenig Ablagemöglichkeit im Bad, die Ablage ist aus Holz - man muss ständig auf Wasserränder aufpassen, der Handtuchhalter ist so montiert, dass die Handtücher die WC-Rolle verdeckte, es gibt sehr wenig Abstellfläche in der Küchennische, der Kühlschrank brummt so laut, dass man ihn nachts abdrehen muss, da es keine Türe zum Schlafzimmer gibt, bei der Spüle (Küche) kann man das kalte Wasser nicht aufdrehen, da der Wasserhahn schlecht montiert ist und sich nicht nach hinten bewegen lässt, es gibt leider keine Kaffeemaschine

We stayed in this apartment for 4 nights. This stone house is situated on the high plateau of the old city with a history and very close to the City Wall. The house is recently renovated. The apartment looks fancy with shiny floor and chandelier on the wall and ceiling, the bed and mattress are comfortable and clean. The host kindly allowed us to move in 3 hours before regular check-in time.

1. There are many steps (about 100 steps or 8 floors) to climb from the main square and there is no view from this apartment. 2. The hot water tank is very small and tank can last one person shower. 3. In the bathroom there is only one hook for towel, no place for hanging clothes. 4. While we stayed there, a major incident happened with one other guest accidentally took away the main door key and locked the building that no one can get in or get out! The main door is using electronic lock with an entry code. Once it was locked by a physical key, electronic code won’t open the door. Although the host explained that it was the other guest’s mistake and it never happened before, this reflects the major issues/flaws of this property management.
