The apartment was in a great location, has private parking space, and it quite spacious.
The sheets were not changed from previous guests, they were dirty and had a bunch of hair in them. In the kitchen drawers we found old burek's and bread, which smelled really bad. Balcony was very dirty and had a full ashtray of cigarettes. So cleaning crew is really not thorough.
No wifi details are in the apartment, we had to message our host to get it.
The TV reciever cable is missing, so you can't watch local channels. There were no hooks in the bathroom that you can use for towels and such.
I could deal with all the mentioned issues apart from dirty sheets, simply unforgivable to not change sheets after each guest. Also, when we mentioned all these issues to our host, he didn't respond, which tells me how much he cares. If they apologized at least, I wouldn't even leave a review.
And finally, we asked for a receipt and the host just sent us a pic of him holding a receipt in his hands. No VAT info or anything needed for business expenses. Highly unprofessional.
