Dirty beds, nice location. Inexperienced or just unprofessional host

The apartment was in a great location, has private parking space, and it quite spacious.

The sheets were not changed from previous guests, they were dirty and had a bunch of hair in them. In the kitchen drawers we found old burek's and bread, which smelled really bad. Balcony was very dirty and had a full ashtray of cigarettes. So cleaning crew is really not thorough. No wifi details are in the apartment, we had to message our host to get it. The TV reciever cable is missing, so you can't watch local channels. There were no hooks in the bathroom that you can use for towels and such. I could deal with all the mentioned issues apart from dirty sheets, simply unforgivable to not change sheets after each guest. Also, when we mentioned all these issues to our host, he didn't respond, which tells me how much he cares. If they apologized at least, I wouldn't even leave a review. And finally, we asked for a receipt and the host just sent us a pic of him holding a receipt in his hands. No VAT info or anything needed for business expenses. Highly unprofessional.

Es war ok, Preis-Leistung passt aber nicht

Die Lage ist super, sehr gut erreichbar, man hat alles in der Nähe Einkaufszentrum, Apotheke, Supermarkt, Cafés, Restaurants, Haltestelle. Wir haben schöne Ausblick gehabt und konnten wir die Feuerwerk an Sylvester von der Terrasse sehr gut sehen. Es gab am Stock eigene Müllraum. Personal war sehr freundlich.

Es war unkomfortable, wir sind 4 Personen (2 davon Kinder) und haben wir 2 Sesseln. Frühstücken alle miteinander war nicht möglich. Couch ist sehr klein (4 Personen können nicht zusammensitzen) und nicht komfortabel… bei jede Bewegung hat man die Federn gehört und gespürt. Fenster komplett undicht, ohne das Air-Condition wäre in der Wohnung sehr frisch gewesen.

Une honte pour Belgrade

L’emplacement… mais évidement c’était notre souhait

Alors par où commencer .. l’accueil de l’hôtesse, le type qui est venu réclamer l’argent en cash à peine installer dans l’appart avec un genre de mafieux là saleté dans l’appart l’insonorisation d’entre ouverte ou fermée pas de différence C’était tellement invivable que nous sommes partis ailleurs après 3 jours

Waterfront rajone apartamentus nuomojamame ne pirmą ir ne antrą kartą- esame dažni lankytojai. Rajonas puikioje vietoje - greitai pasiekiama automobiliu, apartamentai turi garažą. Susisiekimas su centru puikus- šalia stotelės, visuomeninis transportas nemokamas, priešais didžiulis prekybos centras.

Kaip minėjau šiame rajone jau “n” kartų, bet ši patirtis labai mus nuvylė. Rakto laukėme ilgokai, nors skambino iš anksto, susitarėme kada atvyksime, bet teko ilgokai laukti. Na kai likome bute vieni, tai prasidėjo “siurprizai”. Pirmiausiai pasigedome rankšluosčių - šeimininkui parašius- radome vonios kambario spintelės stalčiuje: tris didelius ir kelis mažus (rankoms). Vienas iš didelių buvo nešvarus. Na, viena naktis - galvojam bus gerai. Mes penki žmonės. Atsisėdus svetainėje ant minkštos dalies - siurprizas - skruzdėlynas. Ant jos reikėjo miegoti paaugliui. Parašėme šeimininkui, naiviai tikėjome, kad gal pasiūlys kitus apartamentus. Deja, jis net nesiteikė atrašyti. Naikinome savais būdais. Apie švarą- papasakos nuotraukos. Kampai purvini, stalčiai ir lentynos pilnos daiktų, nešvarių rankšluosčių ir skudurų. Purvinos stiklinės. Ant TV sluoksnis dulkių, nuo apdailos atsilupusios juostos, lango rėmas apsilaupęs. Klozetas sudaužytas. Skelbime nurodytas kavos aparatas ir kavos kapsulės. Kapsulės “buvo”, bet sunaudotos aparate ir net neišmestos. Apie naujas kapsules tik “pasvajok”. Labai apmaudu - puikus rajonas, nauji pastatai ir butai, bet jokio rūpesčio! Po langais vyksta statybos. Apsistojus tų pačių savininkų bute tik aukštu žemiau rugpjūčio pradžioje - butas buvo geresnės būklės (išskyrus sulaužytą krėslą balkone, nešvarą ir kavos kapsules tik panaudotas ir neišmestas). Jame buvome savaitgalį - buvo tylu, nes statybos nevyko. Antrame bute kai buvome paprastą dieną- darbai prasidėjo apie 6 val. ryto. Pažadino.

优点是：房间非常干净整洁，并且有电梯，上下楼方便，是公寓式住宅，两室一厅两位，可以分开洗澡，大大节省了洗浴时间。公寓旁边是一个大商场，出门购物便捷。附近有公交站，有公交车可以直达市中心，交通便利。

缺点是：房东收费的时候会根据当天的汇率，向上取整。

Апартамента е удобен и съвсем нов. Има две спални и две бани, което е много подходящо за 4 човека. Мястото за паркиране е в закрит паркинг в сградата. Апартамента беше добре оборудван и много топъл (което е чудесно през декември).
