Flat confortavel, cama boa, armarios,
Cafe da manha muito bom no hotel, pago a parte com desconto de 20%. Arrumacao diaria. Funcionarios solicitos e simpáticos.
Um pouco barulhento porque a janela da para uma avenida, mas nada muito incômodo. Vendas de produtos na loja do hotel, com valor muito alto da agua mineral.

Tudo estava muito bem! Desde a recepção das funcionárias e funcionários que foram muito atentos, prestativos e me ajudaram recebendo compras quando eu estava ausente (a Sandra) até as acomodações com um quarto completamente equipado para toda e qualquer necessidade. Fui por quarta vez ao Mercure e vou continuar sendo cliente!!

the bed was great, and so the shower. The room had a great space and amenities.
It wasn't clear that it was a private room and not one of the hotel suites.

The bed was extremely comfortable, and I also enjoyed the large sofa and TV. The hotel’s facilities are excellent, with a mini-market for forgotten items, a relaxing pool, and a gym. The reception staff were also very friendly and helpful.
The late check-in time at 3 p.m. felt inconvenient, as it takes up half the day. I would recommend adjusting check-out to 10 a.m. and allowing check-in from 1 p.m. However, the staff resolved this issue for me, accommodating my early arrival at 1 p.m. after a long trip.
