L'appartement est bien pensé de façon générale. Bonne communication.
Un soin particulier apporté à l'aération ou au séchage du linge de maison permettrait de rendre l'expérience encore plus agréable

C’est très bien. Très bon rapport qualité prix.
Petit déficit pour l’organisation pour le garage. Pas simple d’y rentrer lorsque le bipe ne fonctionne pas. Nous avons attendu qu’une voiture l’ouvre.

L'appartement était propre et bien agencé. Le coin bureau, les plans de travail dans la cuisine en font un logement pratique pour un séjour d'une certaine durée. Il a fait très chaud lors de mon séjour (canicule) : j'ai apprécié d'avoir un ventilateur à disposition.
L'isolation sonore n'est pas optimale, mais l'emplacement est responsable du bruit : la situation à un carrefour très fréquenté a les inconvénients correspondant à ses avantages. J'ai rencontré quelques problèmes avec la boîte à clés, d'un modèle inhabituel. J'avais pourtant l'impression de bien suivre les instructions. L'hôte a été très réactif et m'a déverrouillé la boîte à distance.

El apartamento es pequeño, pero tiene de todo y está bien equipado
El acceso es surrealista: las llaves hay que irlas a buscar a una caja con codigo que esta colgando de la barandilla de una escalera enmedio de la calle. Al principio no lograbamos encontrarla. Cabe decir que el propietario respondio al momento y nos ayudo para encontrarla
