Maximos House

Die Lage ist toll, wenn man nah an der Promenade von Ypsos mit Clubs, Bars, Supermärkten und Souvenirshops sein und trotzdem sehr ruhig schlafen möchte. Der Strand ist nicht sehr schön, aber zum schnell mal reinspringen ideal. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, das man so braucht. Die Betten sind hart, aber es ist alles gemütlich. Das eigene Highlight sind die Hosts. Maria und Eleni sind unglaublich aufmerksam. Danke nochmal dafür!

We loved absolutely everything about this holiday house and are already planning our return visit. The level of comfort was exceptional, and it was one of the most relaxing holidays we have ever had. We spent hours sitting on the patio, enjoying the stunning mountain views. The beach is less than 100 metres away, and the beautiful garden, complete with sun loungers and a gazebo, provided the perfect place to unwind. The privacy and comfort were unmatched and among the best we have ever experienced while travelling. The property itself is equipped with everything you could possibly need, from a first-aid kit and baby wipes to cooking essentials such as oil. The generous welcome pack included bottled water, snacks, sweets, passata, rice, and other thoughtful touches that made us feel instantly at home. The entertainment options were excellent, with Netflix, Disney+, and other streaming services available on the TV. The true highlight, however, is the hosts. Elena, Maria, and Georgia—a wonderful mother and her daughters—are incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. They are always available if needed while remaining respectful of your privacy. We encountered one minor issue during our stay, and it was resolved so quickly and professionally that I doubt even a five-star hotel could have handled it better. As there were no bookings immediately before or after our stay, the family kindly offered us flexible check-in and check-out times, which we greatly appreciated. I have never felt so relaxed on holiday and could easily imagine living in this house. Starting each day with a morning coffee while taking in the incredible views was truly special. This was a completely stress-free holiday, and we cannot wait to return. Both the property and the hosts are first-class. The location is ideal, as it is centrally situated on the island. There is also private parking in front of the house for at least two cars.

L’unica pecca è che nel bagno non c’è né il box doccia, né la tenda quindi l’acqua va dappertutto
