Palm Grove Bandarawela

Staff was very friendly, reliable, and eager to make the stay great. Location is perfect, and the breakfast was really nice. If you want to sleep comfortably, have some nice breakfast and don’t care about big luxuries like pools whirlpools , then this is unavoidably the best bang for the buck place in Bandarawela.

Very hospitable, polite and kind family, good value for money, clean spacious unclattered house, comfortable room, beautiful garden, tasty generous meals, help to get to train station, location was perfect.

I can’t quite put into words how lovely my stay here was. From the moment I arrived, it felt like home. Harsha and his wonderful mother welcomed me with such genuine warmth and care. They prepared a delicious Sri Lankan breakfast for me each morning and even offered dinner one evening. The location is also very convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby in the center. The room was spacious and very clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, and I had some of the best sleep of my travels. I especially enjoyed spending time in the beautiful garden, relaxing, chatting, and simply enjoying the peaceful atmosphere with them each day. They can also help organize local tours with their tuk-tuk. They kindly helped arrange my bus and even took me to the station and waited to make sure everything was okay. So many thoughtful gestures, offered purely out of kindness. I’m very grateful I had the chance to stay here and would happily return. It truly feels like a second home. Istuti!
