Riverside 4 Bedroom House Unit in Surfers Paradise

Location was great It’s was spacious enough for all of us. The pool was fantastic give how hot it was for the first few days of our stay and the apartment did not cool effectively.

Opportunities for improvement may be - adding a blind on the window above the main bedroom bed. The street light and morning light keep that room lit overnight making it hard to block out light. - consider some outside chairs for the balcony to enjoy the view and outside. There was one plastic outdoor chair for the apartment which made this wonderful balcony unusable for the family. - air conditioning unit was not as effective as required in the heat. The apartment internal temperature did not decrease at all despite following directions of use. - the damage to the front door implies the apartment had been broken into which is not an ideal first impression as you enter.

Property fantastic was a great location. Lots of space very tidy.

Parking off street, clean and very spacious. Beautiful view. Super Comfortable beds.

Not enough pans and pots in kitchen but we managed with what was there :)
