We loved the location, the indoor pool/spa and the view was spectacular. 24th floor was perfect to maximise the view. I enjoyed watching the sunrise from my bed as I woke up.

With 8 people (2 families, 2 cars) it was inconvenient having access to only 1 fob especially when cars were parked in two different locations. We recommend for groups larger than 4 that 2 fobs be provided. The key pick up place was located in a very unusual and hard to find place. It was also challenging to drive by to pick the key up because of no parking. When I called prior to checking in to enquire about another place to park our second car the person I spoke to said she didn’t know the area so couldn’t make a recommendation and just texted me a pin of the location of the hotel which I already knew. I know that it seems like a wasted job to have people man a property and provide accessible service but this was a big let down for us. A lovely property but no convenient service.
