Loads to like about the property! Location is excellent, reserved parking spot is great, facilities are awesome, apartment size and the views also awesome.

We found old pizza crust under the table in the lounge - honestly not a major but for some people they might find this a bit unhygienic. And also it seemed like the lint trap in the dryer hadn’t been cleaned out for a while which would be a health and safety issue - this could be worth adding to the cleaners check list.

I liked nothing at all with the check in process

The check in process was a disaster.

We had a great say at Chervon we were in Tower 1 in a 3 bedroom with incredible views, beds werew comfotable the indoor pool was amazing and HUGE, bonus was a games room in tower 2 (you had to pay), the location was amazing directly above a Coles supermarket, Sushi and other restaurants including the kids Infinity and an escape room. incredible location and aparmtnet was equipt to cook and sit and watch the world go bye

The location in the middle of Surfers. Great swimming pools with bbq facilities.

On exciting the lift the hallway absolutely wreaked of rotten garbage. The same smell came into our appartment through a vent. There was really bad staining on the hall way carpet - looked like it had been there for years. Not the best first impression of our accommodation! We mentioned it to staff and they said they would get someone to investigate. Nothing was done and on reading reviews on booking.com it was clear that the smell has been and is an ongoing problem. Apartment decor old and tired furniture and chipped paintwork. Owners and building services clearly don’t want to spend money on repairs and ongoing maintenance.
