Es un buen lugar. Si vas con automóvil podes estacionar en la calle.
Si llegas después de las 23 hs, te recibirá, previa coordinación, el anfitrión con un costo adicional. Entendible, solo que se deberá considerar el costo extra, que al coordinar el ingreso lo informan claramente. Podrían automatizar electrónicamente el acceso.

Located next to coffee shop and close to shops and restaurants. Two bathrooms, working washer.
Lack of dresser or any shelves in the bedroom, only a closet to hang clothes. No outlets other than the two by the night stand. No AC and apartment is not well ventilated with natural air, so there’s always a smell.
