Fuimos a un concierto en el Riyadh Air Metropolitano y reservamos este apartamento por la cercanía en coche hasta el estadio. Tiene una parada de metro (Suanzes) a 5 min andando. Cómodo y equipado.

We had a wonderful stay at the Tracia apartment, Madrid. The apartment was beautiful, very clean, and equipped with everything we needed to feel comfortable during our stay. We really appreciated how well organized and well maintained everything was, and all the necessary tools and amenities were provided.
The location was also great for enjoying Madrid and exploring the city, with the metro line 5 very close by. We truly felt at home and had a fantastic experience overall 😊
My sister and I will definitely choose this apartment again for future trips to Madrid. Highly recommended!

Cerca del metro, está limpio y es espacioso.
Frigorífico ruidoso durante toda la noche. El sofá cama muy duro, suficiente para 1 o 2 noches pero no más, no es cómodo. La ventana no abre. El calentador es muy pequeño para 4 personas, no llega el agua para 4 duchas. El velux de la parte de arriba no funciona, está roto y tampoco cierra la persiana del mismo, entra luz. No hay persianas en las ventanas y los stores dejan varios centímetros de hueco, entra mucha luz por la mañana. El mantenimiento general es mejorable. La TV no tiene conexión al TDT, solo puedes ver Youtube o plataformas on-line si tienes cuenta pero la tele no está en modo hotel, así que te tienes que acordar de quitar tus claves antes de irte. Lo peor: había leído comentarios sobre vecinos ruidosos y pensaba que era algo puntual pero no. Frente al apartamento hay una terraza de otro edificio donde los inquilinos se dedican a poner la música a todo trapo (una cosa exagerada) por la noche. Visto lo visto, es algo habitual, viven allí y utilizan la terraza como discoteca. Quise avisarles de que bajaran la música pero, como la ventana no abre, no pude. Sin duda, no volvería. Pocas ventajas y muchos inconvenientes.
