Na ogromny plus postawa gospodarza który pozwolił nam skorzystać z obiektu przed godziną zameldowania, dopilnował łatwości kluczy oraz natychmiastowo zareagował na brak worków do śmieci oraz wyjaśnił zasady co z nimi robić. Kolejny plus to lokalizacja. Do dwóch stacji metra (inne linie) jest bardzo blisko plus autobusy więc szybko można się dostać do centrum czy na stadion Atletico.
Poprawić na pewno można detale rzutujące na całość oceny takie jak średnio wygodna sofa do spania, zbyt małe ilości worków na śmieci czy papieru toaletowego pozostawionych na trochę dłuższy pobyt, czy uszkodzona deska sedesowa. Sugestia też by zadbać o nasmarowanie drzwi. Oprócz zmywarki jednak wszystko w obiekcie jest więc może były to jednostkowe detale które można poprawić dla wygody i komfortu. Czystość można poprawić zwłaszcza za rozkładaną sofą ale nie jest źle.

Enjoyed that apartment. Good location for most everything we done. Ample amount of room.

El alojamiento estaba bien situado para nuestra cuestión de trabajo
El alojamiento el único problema que le vi era la calefacción que lo que tenía no calentaba y fuera donde la cocina y sofá no había . El sillón era incómodo y para ver la TV la ubicación no bien por falta de espacio y situación al estar pegada a la cocina. Resto de habitaciones y baño todo muy bien sin problema.
