Apartamento conforme as fotos, muito espaçoso, rua tranquila. Perto de ótimos restaurantes!
Poderia ter shampoo, condicionador e sabonete .

Localização excelente. Preço bom. Varanda é um charme.
Falta de segurança na portaria (qq um pode entrar) ; acessórios do banheiro enferrujados; MOFO muito MOFO no banheiro (péssimo), água vazando do box. E nem um tapetinho no banheiro tinha Na cozinha nada funcionava: nem air fryer,nem cafeteira. Sem ao menos um microondas!! Na varanda, várias coisas como vassouras, etc. Enfim, são pequenos detalhes que certamente fazem a diferença.

Espaço bom, localização ok
A tv não pega nenhum canal de tv aberta, na verdade é um monitor, vc não consegue assistir nada, nem colocar senha pra assistir uma plataforma de streaming! Seria necessário está com um notebook pra assistir via cabo hdmi !Sentíamos falta de ver tv a noite antes de dormir! O banheiro cheio de mosquitos, incomodava bastante esses mosquitos, a noite entupido mesmo
