Localização, facilidade de acesso e custo benefício. Condomínio com boa estrutura e segurança.
Manutenção do flat deixou um pouquinho a desejar.

Gostei da localização e do atendimento do pessoal que nos recepcionou.
Não gostei pois coisas básicas como lixo no banheiro, suporte para sabonete e shampoo no box, não tinha. O vaso sanitário estava entupido, pq provavelmente as pessoas jogam papel nele por não ter um lixo. Isso nos deixou bem incomodados. Não tem nada para fazer um café ou um chá, tem cozinha, alugamos por isso, mas para fazer o café da manhã lá ficou difícil. Quando estamos alugando para ir à trabalho, precisamos de comodidades que não envolvam sair para tomar café em padaria, por exemplo.

Ninguém sabia da reserva mas resolveram de forma rápida. Tentei reembolso, pois tive um problema na viagem e saí de forma antecipada, porém não quiseram ajudar. Acredito que por ser a minha primeira vez sendo hóspede, poderiam ter ajudado.
