Given the freezing weather, they should invest in a heater for the swimming pool.

It was a fantastic experience — a perfect Easter escape that we even extended by two extra days after five luxurious nights. We simply didn’t want to leave; it truly felt like home.
The service was impeccable at every level — from the front desk to concierge and the kitchen. Special thanks to Adri for taking such great care of our car . And the service provided by Yousef at the restaurant was consistently exceptional.
We are genuinely grateful to the entire team for their attention to detail, continuous support, and warm care throughout our stay.
It was also a paradise for our dog — this is the only hotel we’ve experienced that allows dogs almost everywhere (the only exception being the swimming pool — understandably, no swimming allowed!)
