Our quietly located apartment house with its bright and light-flooded 2-room apartment with balcony and great sea view is located in a quiet location in Göhren and is located in the middle of the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve South-East Rügen with lots of unspoilt nature.
The immediate proximity to the beach with its beautiful views of the Baltic Sea and the coast promise a unique holiday on Rügen.
It is only a few minutes' walk to the kilometre-long and fine sandy beach (the main beach, which can also be reached by lift) as well as to the natural beach. The town centre can also be reached in a few minutes on foot.
In the vicinity there are numerous restaurants, cafes, shops.
Treat yourself to your holiday in a class of its own, our property will be available from summer 2024 after renovation and renovation. The apartments in the house are the perfect holiday base for couples looking for rest and relaxation or small families with a maximum of 3 people. The natural south beach can be reached in just 3 minutes. The wide north beach with amber promenade and spa square can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot and the town center even faster., If you like to travel by bike, you can park it directly at the house in the lockable shed afterwards. The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the direction of the nature reserve.
