Our quiet, bright, and sun-filled 2-room vacation apartment with a balcony is equipped as follows:

- Bedroom with a box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm) and a large wardrobe, separated from the living area by a curtain
- Workspace in the bedroom with an Ethernet jack
- Pleasant, indirect lighting via LED strips
- Separate kitchen with an induction cooktop, oven, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker,
- electric kettle and high-quality kitchen utensils, as well as a washer-dryer

Our quietly located apartment building, with its bright and sun-drenched 2-roomvacation apartments with balconies and stunning ocean views is situated in a quiet location in Göhren, nestled in the heart of the UNESCO South-East Rügen Biosphere Reserve, surrounded by unspoiled nature.
Its immediate proximity to the beach, with its beautiful views of the Baltic Sea and the coast, promises a unique vacation on Rügen.
It’s just a few minutes’ walk to the kilometer-long, fine-sand swimming beach (the main beach, which is also accessible by elevator) as well as to the natural beach. The town center is also just a few minutes’ walk away.
There are numerous restaurants, cafes, and shopping options in the immediate vicinity.
Treat yourself to a first-class vacation—our property will be available starting in summer 2024 following renovation and refurbishment. The apartments in the building are the perfect vacation base for couples or small families of up to 3 people seeking rest and relaxation. The unspoiled south beach is just a 3-minute walk away. The wide north beach, with its Amber Promenade and spa square, is about a 15-minute walk away, and the town center is even closer. If you enjoy cycling, you can park your bike right next to the house in a lockable shed. The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac near a nature reserve.
All apartments feature furnished balconies and large south-facing windows with views of the Baltic Sea. Each apartment is equipped with a modern kitchen, complete with a dishwasher and washer-dryer. LED strip lighting is installed in the apartments for indirect lighting, and the living rooms and bedrooms feature hardwood floors. High-speed internet is available via Wi-Fi. In addition, each apartment has a workspace with an Ethernet connection.
With a living area, kitchenette, 1 bedroom, and a bathroom with a toilet, the vacation apartments are modern and comfortably furnished for 3 adults and one child in a travel crib (up to 3 years old). A small travel crib and a high chair can be added upon request for an additional fee.
The beautiful balcony with patio furniture is perfect for relaxing. Here you can wind down your evenings with a glass of wine and enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air and sunshine on Rügen at any time.
For an additional fee, fresh towels will be provided upon your arrival, and the beds will, of course, already be made with bed linens (initial set). A parking space is available free of charge on the property. You can also store your e-bike here (in the shed).
The public transit bus stop is approximately 700 meters away. Enjoy the breathtaking view of the Baltic Sea from the house and experience just how relaxing peace and nature can be!
