This 55 m² vacation rental boasts a stunning location right next to Südstrand Beach! “Haus Südstrand” on Rügen is situated in a quiet, low-traffic area (dead-end street).
Your comfort is our top priority! Inside the vacation rental, you’ll find furnishings in warm, subtle colors that highlight the southern charm of the space and create a very welcoming atmosphere.
The living room, with its cozy couch area as well as a TV, DVD player, and CD player, invites you to relax. This way, you can enjoy relaxing vacation moments to the fullest with your family!
The separate bedroom in this vacation rental on Rügen features a double bed (90 x 180 cm). The sleeper sofa in the living room can accommodate one additional person. A crib (69 x 140 cm) is included as part of the standard furnishings.
To make it easy for you to prepare your own meals during your vacation, the kitchenette is equipped with, among other things, a ceramic cooktop with an exhaust hood, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator-freezer, as well as a coffee maker and an electric kettle.
A lawn for sunbathing, a table tennis room, and a library add to your comfort.
You can park your car in your own parking space. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in the basement of the building.

The Baltic Sea resort of Göhren is perfect for a beach vacation on Rügen! What makes Göhren special are its unique, 7-kilometer-long sandy beaches that flank this Baltic Sea resort on both sides—the fine-sand North Beach and the quiet South Beach. There, you’ll find the finest sand, the beach promenade, and the pier.
From our “Haus Südstrand,” it’s just a 5-minute walk to the wild and romantic South Beach. There, adventurers of all ages (for whom there’s a handcart!) will find a huge play area right by the water, even in front of the imposing cliffs. A few steps further on, you’ll reach the North Beach, which beckons with all kinds of attractions: Here, children can't only build sandcastles and splash around in the waters of the Baltic Sea, but also try out the varied activities on offer (such as trampoline jumping). As you stroll along the Bernstein Promenade, you can even see the famous chalk cliffs of Rügen in the distance.
Just a few meters from your front door, the UNESCO-protected area begins, complete with its hiking trails. In the opposite direction, you’ll be right in the heart of the Baltic Sea resort of Göhren—with all its shopping options and restaurants—in less than 5 minutes.

die Lage des Hauses war wie im Angebot beschrieben. Die Wohnung war großzügig geschnitten aber für drei Personen aber nur bedingt geeignet.
für eine Woche Aufenthalt war aber alles ok.
Die Nebenkosten (mit allen Gebühren) fand ich allerdings sehr hoch.
Der Urlaub fällt und steht mit dem Wetter, und haben wir Glück gehabt.
