This light-filled, comfortable, non-smoking apartment spans over 61 m² and is ideal for 2 to 4 people. A toddler (age 3) can be accommodated in a travel crib as an extra bed (5th person). The two terraces (facing east and south) invite you to relax and allow you to enjoy the sun as it moves across the sky throughout the day. The combined living and dining area is equipped with a bright kitchenette. The kitchenette includes a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, and various kitchen utensils. The adjoining dining area features a dining table with 4 chairs. A living area with a sofa, armchair, coffee table, display cabinet, reading lamp, flat-screen TV, stereo system with CD player, and a small selection of board games rounds out the space. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), adjustable slatted bed frames, two nightstands, a flat-screen TV, and a wardrobe. From here, you have a view of the nature reserve. The second bedroom also features a double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m), two nightstands, and a dresser. Roller shades in both bedrooms ensure a peaceful night’s sleep. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a hair dryer, a toilet, and a sink. Even on vacation, you don’t have to go without internet access (Wi-Fi via hotspot) in your apartment—it’s included. One travel crib (without mattress or bedding) is provided free of charge for our youngest guests. A high chair can be booked for an additional fee. One pet, with its own sleeping area, is a welcome guest. In a common area, you can use a washing machine and dryer for an additional fee. The parking space (No. 1) is located directly on the property. You can store your bicycles in a bike shed on the premises. A communal barbecue area with solid wood benches and a freestanding grill is available. You can book an initial linen package (complete set of bed linens, 1 shower towel, 2 small hand towels) for an additional fee up to 14 days before arrival, or supplement it with your own linens. If you book 2 or more sets, you’ll receive 1 dish towel and 1 shower mat as a one-time bonus.

The apartments have either 2 terraces or 2 balconies from which you can enjoy the sun. An on-site playground for younger guests, as well as a washer and dryer, are available to all guests for a fee.



Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00, and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
