Villa Anni is located in a quiet yet central part of the Baltic Sea resort town of Göhren. The building, which contains a total of 8 residential units, is a modern new construction; however, thanks to its architecture and color scheme, it blends stylishly into the classic resort architecture of the Baltic Sea town. Non-smoking Apartment 1 is located on the first floor and measures 60 square meters. In about a 7-minute walk, you can reach the North Beach with its Bernstein Promenade and Kurplatz—where the Rasender Roland narrow-gauge railway station is also located—and in about a 15-minute walk, you can reach the unspoiled South Beach. The center of the resort town, with a wide variety of shopping options (including two supermarkets), the tourist information office, bike rentals, museums, and various dining establishments, is located in the immediate vicinity (approx. 200 m) of the house.



Villa Anni, Apartment 01 with terrace:

Apartment No. 1 in Villa Anni is a comfortable, approximately 60 square meters, stylishly furnished, non-smoking vacation apartment on the first floor. With its 2 bedrooms, it offers enough space for up to 4 adults + 1 toddler up to 3 years old in a travel crib. The combined living, kitchen, and dining area features a modern, built-in kitchenette equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and various kitchen utensils—leaving nothing to be desired. A spacious dining area adjoins the kitchenette. The dining table is extendable. The open living area features a cozy couch with a coffee table, 2 reading lamps (integrated into the wall sconces next to the couch), a smart TV, a Blu-ray player, and a Sonoro mini stereo system with an USB port, Bluetooth, and DAB radio. You won’t have to do without an internet connection (Wi-Fi) during your vacation either. It’s included for you. A selection of board games and vacation reading material ensures plenty of variety. The southeast-facing, covered terrace with seating and a parasol is accessible directly from the living area. The first bedroom features a box-spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), a smart TV, nightstands, and a wardrobe. The second bedroom features two single box-spring beds (0.90 m x 2.00 m), nightstands, a flat-screen TV, and a wardrobe. The beds here are equipped with casters, so you can push them together if you wish. All rooms are equipped with sun-blocking blackout blinds and insect screens. The bathroom features a spacious, walk-in rain shower, a sink, a toilet, a hair dryer, a makeup mirror, and a heated towel rack. Underfloor heating ensures a pleasant warmth on cooler days. An ironing board, an iron, a clothes drying rack, and a vacuum cleaner are available for your use. Your private parking space (No. 01) is located in the building’s underground garage (entry height: 2.00 m). Parking space 9 is also available for any bicycles you bring with you or rent. Pets are allowed in the apartment for a fee. You can book an initial linen package (complete set of bed linens, 1 shower towel, 2 small hand towels) for an additional charge up to 14 days before arrival, or supplement it with your own linens. If you book 2 or more packages, you’ll receive 1 dish towel and 1 shower mat as a one-time bonus.
