The space was clean and quiet. The bedding was comfortable and we appreciated the quick walk to the wharf area. The pool area was nice, but the complex needs to do a better job of keeping the water clean and free of bugs, dirt, leaves, etc.

The area is great and the room was great and clean. There wasn’t enough Grand Sandestin parking spots in the parking deck, so we had to park in the lot a few times. The hotel’s AC was turned off and it was extremely hot in the lobby and elevators. We were super thankful that our room had AC. Baytown is really nice to grab a bite to eat or people watch or walk down on the pier. The beach access is not beach access, it’s a van ride to the beach. All in all it was a great stay and we enjoyed ourselves.

It was perfect nice clean room, nice clean gym, ice small laundry room. Guests are quiet or walls are super sound proof! Two minor things. Parking is tight for large trucks, and the AC is loud when it turns on and off. If you are a light sleeper you might mind.
