Situated on the third floor - the same as the amenities terrace - the condo offers easy access to on-site amenities including shared grills, an outdoor pool, a hot tub, a fitness room, and tennis courts. The must-visit Baytowne Wharf, filled with shops, restaurants, and activities for all ages, is just steps away. A dedicated beach shuttle provides regular service to the shore.

At home, start the day with coffee on your private patio, then step inside the convenient full kitchen to prep a simple breakfast. Comfortable seating options and a smart TV are ready to welcome you back home after the day's adventures. Additional perks include free WiFi, central air-conditioning, and a private washer/dryer.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Construction on the building's exterior will begin on August 21, 2023, and will continue throughout the year. Workers will complete one building at a time and this project may impact balcony access in some homes. Construction will occur from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. During these times, project noise will likely be audible.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The condo was very clean! The bed was very comfortable! The proximity to the pool was a bonus and the convenience of the shuttle to and from the beach was easy as can be! My only con would be that the beach area at Sandestin is very crowded but that’s all.

The unit was nice and Baytown Wharf is awesome, but critical to enjoying the amenities and the beach for us was use of the tram. We only had 1 card for occupancy of 4 people on different schedules making it extremely inconvenient and forcing us to use the car and pay for parking. I called everyday with a promise of getting a return call and never did. Very disappointing. I even offered to pay for another one. Last time I stayed at Baytowne Wharf, our unit had four and our friends had four. So I advise if you pick this unit to confirm how many tram passes you will get and that you can work with that.
