Our exclusive home is located in the heart of the historic center of Catania, where history embraces elegance. We are located 200 meters from the pedestrian Piazza Mazzini, 300 meters from the Duomo with breathtaking views of the baroque and the cathedral of Catania and 10 minutes from the sandy beach.

Our house is located in the historic building called “Palazzo Trewhella” which took its name from the engineer who built it; Robert Trewhella, an English contractor, came to Catania in 1860 on business, was enchanted by the beauty of Via Garibaldi and the Cathedral of Catania and decided to build his home where he settled and spent his whole life. Enchanting View: Enjoy the breathtaking view directly on the historic and famous Via Garibaldi with two balconies overlooking the cathedral and three balconies overlooking the Church of Santa Chiara, an unforgettable experience that will accompany you throughout your stay. Modern Comfort: Our home combines the charm of the past with modern amenities, offering you an uncompromising stay. We were rebooked here after a last-minute cancellation. It was lovely! Beautiful apartment with hand-painted tiles and ceilings. The balconies are beautiful and it's right at the heart of all the action. Being so close to the town centre, I do suggest you bring ear plugs. It's the perfect mix of historic heritage home and new modern appliances. There's a cafe right downstairs for breakfast, and everything else you could ever need within a km.

This apartment was perfect for location. The host was very helpful, friendly and made sure we had want we needed. She assisted us in getting the taxi to the train! I would highly recommend this apartment.

Great location . The property was perfect for our family. Great kitchen & facilities in the home. Everything we needed for our stay of 5 nights. Host was fantastic.
