This independent 767 sq ft 1 Bed, 1 Bath studio apartment w/screened balcony in a quiet neighborhood across from Lake Lanier, lots of windows, natural light, French doors open to screened balcony porch with table for two to enjoy coffee or a glass of wine. Well maintained lawn. It offers, upscale decor, Laz-Z-Boy brand dual reclining sofa, other comfortable furnishings, wrought iron bed w/recently new high quality Original Mattress Company mattress/box springs, room darkening curtains, sound machine on nightstand for sleeping, high end Medify HEPA air filter in bedroom for white noise and filtration. Great privacy, well constructed, quiet neighborhood people regularly walk in, 'low traffic" road on Lake Lanier that horseshoes back into itself so lower than normal traffic volume. Security exterior lighting always on at night, motion sensor light come on in kitchen when arriving home. Updated high flush toilet with high end bidet toilet featuring variable warm water sprays, heated seat, warm air dryer.
It has the security of automated outside lighting, in-unit washer & dryer, fully-furnished kitchen, full size fridge with ice maker, full size stove/oven, over the counter microwave, ceramic tile backsplash, H/S internet & WIFI, articulating wall mounted Smart TV with ROKU. Property was beautiful, host was very very nice and very helpful, he thought of everything!!! We highly recommend staying here and will definitely stay again if we are ever in the area.

Husband and I decided to spend a week on Lake Lanier. We could not have asked for a more perfect location. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. The one bedroom apartment is very cozy and has everything you need. The host Geven is so helpful with restaurant suggestions, and unique places to visit. The screened in balcony is perfect for morning coffee. We highly recommend this gem on Lake Lanier, Georgia.

This place is absolutely great! Private, very clean, welcoming and cozy. It is primely located in a safe neighborhood close to everything: restaurants, marinas, shopping centers, lake, parks, mountains, and much more. Great Wi-Fi service and Disney+, which my son enjoyed watching. The owners are truly an amazing people with big hearts. They make you feel as if you are visiting family and yet won't intrude at all. You won't see them or hear from them, unless you want to, yet quick to respond or attend to your needs. Loved the area so much, that might move there :) Thank you Geven for making our stay so comfortable and welcoming! Highly recommend this property for a short- or long-term rental!!! Thanks again!

We had a great stay! The property is gorgeous, clean and well maintained. The hosts were very polite, friendly and attentive. Highly recommend! Will stay here again when I am working in Cumming!
