Welcome to our newly remodeled cozy GA home. Central location that is an hour away from Atlanta, within walking distance of Lake Lanier, over a mile away to Six Mile Creek, near vineyards and breweries, cool shopping & restaurants, and close to the Blue Ridge Mountains. This home holds an upper/lower parking area that easily fits a boat. It has a beautiful serene deck, boasts an open floor concept with a fireplace as its focal point, and a basement that which holds a laundry room/ a full bedroom/ and a den. If all you want to do is relax as you drink your cup of coffee while listening to the birds chirping and perhaps even witness a family of deer crossing through our backyard, this COZY GA Getaway is just for you!

This was a great little place with a lot of good features. The area is peaceful and quiet. It rained most of my trip, so I didn't get to utilize the outdoor seating, but that was a nice perk. The washer and dryer was convenient and all the necessary soap, TP, PT, kitchen and bathroom supplies are provided, so you can walk right in and get comfortable. There were only two things I would caution about. The only bathroom is upstairs. Now, I'm not a spring chicken anymore, so if you decide to take the downstairs bedroom you may have to climb a long flight of stairs in the middle of the night to use the restroom.The second thing is the parking. There are actually two spots for ample parking, however, because the driveway is situated on a hill, backing out of or into the driveway is awkward. Not impossible, just awkward. Make sure you have someone that can look out for any cars coming down the road.

We spent a week fishing on Lake Lanier & this house was perfect for us. It’s located 5 minutes from the boat ramp and has all the amenities that we needed for a pleasant stay!

The inside of the home was fine. We needed to trailer a boat and park it and although we made it work, it was difficult and very poorly lit. The slope of the lower driveway was surrounded by a drop off on one side and metal posts holding wooden curb in place. The upper driveway was too small for the boat we used.
