Clean and modern condo located on the 2nd floor of a villa, in the Avalon condominium complex, in Clearwater.
Here's what this condo can offer you, to make you feel at home away from home:
• 730 square feet with open floor plan concept and nice vaulted ceiling in the living room/kitchen area;
• In front on the pool and the clubhouse;
• Furnished patio - a place where you can relax with your morning coffee;
• A bedroom with a king size bed with direct access to the bathroom and the patio;
• A sleeper sofa bed in the living room, great for guests travelling with kids
• Unlimited Wi-Fi access;
• 4K Smart flat screen TV with basic cable and access to applications such as Netflix and Youtube;
• Open concept style kitchen and living area. Kitchen has many amenities allowing you to easily prepare your favorite homecooked meals;
• Washer & dryer inside the unit with a starting kit;
• Towels (bath, face and hands), hair dryer and a first aid kit;
• For trips to the beach we provide 4 beach towels, 2 beach chairs, 1 beach umbrella as well as a cooler.

The pool was enjoyable but much more crowded than other places I have rented, both the deck area and swimming area. I enjoyed it none the less.The pool hours helped me to find less crowded times to enjoy.

Our stay was very comfortable with everything needed at our disposal. Our hosts did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable which was very much appreciated. We had a very nice vacation.

The condo was as advertised and comfortable. The hosts were prompt to reply to and resolve access issue upon arrival. The pool was a plus, used it once. Had a great week. Would definitely stay there again.
