About this apartment rental
Managed personally by Premier Hosts Cristian & Cristina, praised in hundreds of guest reviews for spotless cleanliness and fast communication. Royal Marina is a spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath top-floor condo in the gated Avalon at Clearwater community, with no neighbors above and a 10-minute drive to Clearwater Beach. Royal Dream, our other condo, is right next door on the same floor, ideal for families renting two units together.

• Primary bedroom: king bed and en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combo
• Second bedroom: two double beds
• Living room: queen sleeper sofa, for up to 6 guests in total
• Second bathroom with a spacious glass-enclosed shower
• Fully equipped kitchen, dining area and private balcony
• In-unit washer and dryer
• High-speed Wi-Fi (up to 500 Mbps) and smart TVs
• Pack ’n play and high chair for families with young children
BEACH READY
• 4 beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and 6 beach towels
• Starter supply of toiletries and household essentials
AVALON AT CLEARWATER
• Gated community with a year-round heated pool, 24/7 fitness center and clubhouse
• Free on-site parking
• Publix grocery store across the street, restaurants nearby
• 10 min to Clearwater Beach and Pier 60, 15 min to St. Pete–Clearwater Airport (PIE), 30 min to Tampa International (TPA)
GOOD TO KNOW
• Third (top) floor of a walk-up building: stairs only, no elevator. In return, no one above you and a quieter, more private stay.
• Rates are based on 4 guests; $15 per night per additional guest.
• Outdoor security camera at the front door, covering the exterior hallway only.
• After booking, we’ll ask for each guest’s name and age and an emergency contact, as required by the Avalon at Clearwater Association for check-in and amenity access.

Condo was picture perfect, comfortable, and had everything we needed! Very close to the beach, stores, etc. We had a great time!

This was the perfect spot for our spring break trip to Tampa. We were basically in the middle of the different attractions we wanted to see. Busch Gardens, the aquarium, zoo, and museums were about 45 minutes away, Clearwater beach was less than 30 minutes in the other direction. The pool was a great place down the kids to cool off and play at the end of the day. Publix and Walmart were 5 minutes away. The condo itself had everything we needed and slept a family of four plus my mother very comfortably. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others!

The condo smelled terrible, damp, and the floors did not feel clean. The master bed was very hard, and all of the pillows were completely flat had to use all the pillows in the condo. Got home, and all her clothes and suitcases smelt like the apartment would not stay there again just because of the smell! Everything else in the apartment from the decor, the things that were provided were very good thought it was too much to ask renters to wash beach towels and put back if you use them that was too much they already are washing bath towels they could’ve washed the beach towels. We did abide by the request and washed and dried and folded the beach towels and put them back .
