Great location with parking included. Excellent air conditioning. Bedding horrible (just cots with mattresses on top). Good communication with owner. Would have been better if basic necessities had been provided (e.g. we had to buy toilet paper and dish cleaning supplies). The trash collection system is complicated and would have been better if individual labeled buckets with liners had been provided.
