Il sig.Antonio persona molto gentile.
L'alloggio si trova al secondo piano di uno stabile con ascensore. L'ingresso in comune con un altro alloggio come il nostro ma pur essendoci altre persone non si sentiva alcun rumore. Anche se noi non abbiamo usufruito della cucina, erano presenti caffè, zucchero, sale, olio, aceto. Inoltre era il detersivo per piatti, spugne canovacci, bagnoschiuma, shampoo, prodotti per le pulizie, phone, lavatrice, stendino mollette, una bottiglia di acqua fresca in frigo. L'appartamento è a cinque minuti dal centro, a 150 metri circa c è un supermercato e farmacia, sotto casa un bar, non molto distante un ristorante che consiglio "itticomania, cozzeria" dove si mangia molto bene.
A dire il vero nulla ma se devo proprio puntualizzare, direi il parcheggio, non facile da trovare ma ovviamente questo non per colpa di nessuno, alla fine lo si trova facendo due passi a piedi e i cuscini non proprio comodi.

Sehr tolle und nahe Lage, viel Platz, saubere Wohnung mit eigener gut ausgestatteten Küche, großer Kühlschrank und freundlicher Gastgeber mit hilfreichen Tipps für Strände und co.
Die Duschkopfhalterung war etwas locker und der Rollladen ging nicht ganz runter da im unteren Bereich ein Fliegengitter ist. Hat aber nicht gestört.

Excellent location, close to the beach and to the old town. BUT we parked two streets away our rented car and someone scratched it overnight. I suggest you to use the main car park only at the dock. The flat has a fridge freezer, cooking hob, ac and washing machine which is very helpful. Don’t use all the electrical appliances at the same time because the power goes off. Antonio es very nice and friendly. They also provide a beach parasol which is really needed.
Not soundproof at all. You can hear everything from the street and neighbours. The front door (of the 3flats) is very loud. The teflon pans are very old and scratched. You may need to buy sponge/washing up liquid and washing powder.
