The apartment is composed of 3 bedrooms with locks, common rooms where travelers can cross paths and exchange (living room, kitchen, hallway) and a bathroom with toilet for common use.
Bed linen is provided. Towels can be rented on site.
The rooms made available will be in accordance with the number of people booked.
Free parking is located in front of the building.
Access to the apartment is secured by an entrance porch equipped with a video surveillance camera. This porch can safely accommodate Bicycle or Motorbike.
Whether you are simply passing through for your holidays or your work, you will find here a spacious and functional apartment.
Please note: due to our attractive rate, travellers "not included in the booking" are not tolerated and will have to regularise their situation BEFORE their arrival. We reserve the right to cancel the entire stay, without refund or notice if the rules are not respected.
