Great location with some downsides

Great location in the countryside with some animals! The old gate-house of the chateaux de vaux is renovated

1,5km dirt road to the place is manageable but for longer stays a small burden. Equipment needs an update (couches or more comfortable chairs, a larger bbq). Cleanliness was bellow an expectable standard in- and outdoors.

easy to find , communication with Maggy was easy . the place is a dream , in the middle of the woods near the castle. the shared pool with the small number of guests of the castle was very nice , especially because we had a heat wave during our stay . the house is big , with 3 bathrooms and everything you need is there

the garden around the house could be a little bit better maintained , but it gave us the opportunity to do some gardening ourselves . please some more stretchers at the pool . because there are many insects in the wood , insectscreens before the windows would make the house complete .

We miste in het huis een lekkere plek om te eten. Buite. Was die mogenlijkheid er wel.

Alles in de accomodatie was heel fragiel Pauw poepte het hele terrein onder We hebben Maggie alleen 2 minuten bij aanvang gezien, toen we wilde uitchecken 10 minuten gebeld, niemand gezien, uiteindelijk sleutel maar weggelegd Zwembad was niet schoon, zelf steeds stofzuiger van t zwembad maar aangezet
