Holiday apartment "Auszeit 4"
Our cozy and bright non-smoking holiday apartment is 39 m² in size and is located on the first floor of the house with a total of six apartments.
The apartment is located in a quiet location and yet is "right in the middle":
about 200 m to the beach, here is also a summer basket (01.05. - 30.09.) available for you.
The holiday apartment has 2 bright rooms facing southwest. There is 1 bedroom with double bed (180 x 200 cm) and spacious closet. A cozy sitting area is in the living area. Here you will also find the open kitchenette and the dining table.
The kitchenette is of course fully equipped with a 4-burner stove, mini oven, microwave, refrigerator and of course coffee machine, toaster and kettle, plenty of crockery, cutlery, pans, pots.
The large window front in the living and dining area allows you to "sit inside-outside"!
The bright bathroom is equipped with a shower cubicle, sink and toilet, hairdryer.
A separate storage room in the basement for your bicycles etc. belongs to the apartment. Down here there is also a sauna cabin for use by house guests for a fee (coin-operated machine)(*). Washing machine and dryer (also Münzer) are also available there for the house community.
Bed linen, hand and dish towels as well as shower mats can also be rented. However, please bring your own towels for the beach.
Your dog is also welcome for an extra charge of €35.00!
The house has a small lawn with seating and a barbecue. There is a parking space on the property.
The accommodations are easily accessible by public transportation.
(*) Note: Due to lack of space, there is no extra shower and no relaxation facilities at the sauna cabin - please use both in your holiday apartment.
