The apartment was completely renovated and modernized in 2017. The apartment will be rented from April 1st, 2017.
The 42 m² 2 room apartment with its own terrace is ideally and quietly located on the Schönberger beach. The extensive sandy beach is about 300 m from the apartment. The apartment is modern, friendly and bright. The equipment includes a well-equipped new fitted kitchen, a new very comfortable functional couch that can easily be converted into a 2nd Can convert bed, a new box spring bed 180 x 200, a modern new bathroom with shower. The apartment is at ground level with direct access from its own parking space and is integrated in a residential complex with 19 apartments. The apartment is barrier-free and suitable for guests with walking difficulties (suitable for wheelchair users to a limited extent - due to a 5 cm high heel in the apartment and a 15 cm heel to the terrace).
The apartment is non-smoking !!
Your well-behaved dog is very welcome with us, we charge 10 euros per booking day and dog. Unfortunately, we have to charge it extra, because Fewo has no options for the dog per day. A dog beach is in the immediate vicinity.
Please do not let your dog on the sofa, but well-behaved dogs would not want to go there either.
Shops and various restaurants are nearby.

- A large towel and a small towel
per person
- 2 tea towels
The Schönberger beach is subject to tourist tax and we have to collect it in cash on arrival.
From March 15th to April 30th it is 1.10 euros per person per day
1.5 to 30.9 it is 2.50 euros per person per day
1. 10 to 31.10 it is 1.10 per person per day
Visitors under the age of 18 are exempt from visitor's tax.
REDUCTIONS
Ext. People receive a reduction of 50% of the due city tax rate from a 50% note (disabled person's pass)
Accompanying persons also (B-proof of the need for constant accompaniment)
Please bring suitable cash with you.

Ich war 1 Woche mit meiner Tochter in der Ferienwohnung. Sie ist sehr schön eingerichtet und man findet alles was man so braucht! Alles sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber.
Die Lage ist super, man braucht nur 5 Minuten bis zum Strand oder zum Supermarkt!

Wir wurden an der FeWo von den Vermietern selbst freundlich empfangen und waren sofort begeistert von der Gemütlichkeit und der durchdachten Einrichtung. Die FeWo ist gepflegt und sauber. Die Lage ist optimal und es gibt einen Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir haben im Juni 7 Tage Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung von Fam. Thiel verbracht . Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gepflegt und super ausgestattet.
Alles was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht ist vorhanden. Unschlagbar ist die Nähe zum Strand.

Wir haben 2 Wochen am Schönberger Strand verbracht, und wie immer sehr genossen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist zweckmässig ausgestattet. Es gibt keine Spülmaschine, also sollte man sich auf "Handbetrieb" einstellen. Da habe ich bei der Buchung leider nicht aufgepasst. Sauberkeit empfindet und versteht jeder etwas anders und wir fanden einiges nicht optimal sauber. Bei der Ankunft gingen unsere Blicke direkt auf die Fussmatte vor der Haustür die leider voller Tierhaare war und auch der Türrahmen besaß einige Spinnweben. Da sollte man als Vermieter ein Auge für haben. In der Wohnung war es in Ordnung. Staub auf der Hängelampe über dem Essbereich in Augenhöhe, Fingerabdrücke am Kleiderschrank, und einen schmutzigen Boden des Backofens, müssen einfach nicht sein. Die Terrasse hätte man vor Ankunft der Mieter abkehren können, weil dort Blätter und Spinnweben in den Ecken waren. Man sollte sich bewusst sein, dass das Badezimmer wirklich sehr klein ist, wenn man sich fertig machen möchte. Es gibt keine Duschtasse und keine Duschkabine nur einen Vorhang. Beim Duschen muss man etwas aufpassen, dass man nicht alles unter Wasser setzt. Wir haben uns schnell dran gewöhnt und es war völlig in Ordnung. Im Bad sollte man vielleicht die defekten Fliesen im Duschbereich erneuern, sieht einfach nicht sehr schön aus. Die Halterung des Toilettenpapiers sollte fest angeschraubt werden, diese ist einfach in der Nacht abgefallen und auf die Fliesen gefallen. Kleiner Schock aber wir haben es überlebt :-) Wenn man tagsüber in der Wohnung verweilt (bei Regen) kann es auch mal etwas lauter sein. Über uns waren wohl zu dem Zeitpunkt Mieter mit sehr aktiven Kindern :-) nachts war es aber sehr ruhig und man konnte gut schlafen. Das Bett ist bequem und Platz genug im Schrank hatten wir auch. Schön wäre, wenn man einen Eimer mit Wischmopp hätte. Zwei Wochen nicht putzen ist eher schlecht, vor allem im Badezimmer. Die Wohnung ist gut, aber wir haben am Schönberger Strand für das Geld auch schon schöner eingerichtet gewohnt. Wenn in der Wohnung noch hier und da was gemacht wird, steht einem schönen Urlaub nichts im Wege.
