Plenty of places for the kids to play with 2 living rooms and a loft, dart board, gas firepit, BBQ with propane supplied, and an amazing sled hill in the winter! Master with private jacuzzi tub. Fully equipped kitchen, furnished w/ stainless steel appliances, & Keurig coffee maker. Washer/Dryer. Tons of opportunities nearby for mountain biking, hiking, and fishing and just 22 miles from Breckenridge.

Ground Level has a Queen bedroom and a big room with a Queen and two full beds as well as a ground level bathroom. The main floor has the Master with the King bed and a private bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. Also on the main floor is another Queen Bedroom. The loft has two twin beds.
