Spacious ranch with full finished walk-out basement on 6 wooded acres backing to national forest. Only six years old and beautifully furnished with mountain décor. Hot tub, game room with darts, air hockey, foosball and basketball. Lovely deck overlooking the aspens and pines. Five minute drive to Fairplay and less than 30 miles to Breckenridge for snowboarding and skiing. Fabulous hiking right out the front door. World class fishing and several reservoirs nearby.

This was an amazing house. Lots of games to play with family, large house so we all weren’t on top of each other for the week. Had plenty of pots and pans for cooking Christmas dinner. This was a great house and secluded enough too where we did our own short hikes since it was snowing. Will stay here again!

We truly loved this property and felt it was the ideal magical location for our family and our Holiday Getaway. The cozy home, outdoor access and proximity to an iconic old west town all added up to a better than planned vacation for our family.

The home is well maintained and has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking up some delicious meals. The woodstove creates a warm and cozy place to curl up and read a book. Our dogs enjoyed the deck and the home was very welcoming to them with couch covers, dog beds and toys. We enjoyed star gazing from the hot tub. Everything was perfect!
