Kids (and adults) will love the air hockey, ping pong, Pac-Man & board games. Enjoy organic linens, a latte machine, coffee bar, and a fully equipped kitchen. Up to 8 guests max — we`re on septic and it`s our STR license limit. Planning a gathering, party, or wedding? Tell us before arrival for written approval. Undisclosed extra guests incur a fine.
Dogs welcome! Up to 2 dogs, dogs only. Let us know at booking — $150 per dog, per stay. Please bring a crate and never leave your dog alone uncrated. No dogs on furniture or beds (we`ll charge for extra cleaning if there`s evidence). Pick up waste inside and out, leash up outdoors. You`re responsible for any pet damage. Undisclosed dogs are a $500 fee. ADA-trained service dogs stay free; emotional support animals are treated as pets under this policy.
No illegal substances on the property.
No smoking anywhere — inside, on the deck, or on the grounds.
No open flames or outdoor fires. The gas fireplace on the porch is the only fire allowed — please don`t build or improvise a fire pit. If you use a candle, never leave it unattended. Our mountain pines catch fire fast.
Broke something? Just let us know so we can replace it before the next guests.
Washer/dryer: please leave the doors open after use.
