The house was beautifully appointed, very comfortable! The views from every window were spectacular, aspens all aglow. It’s very private, though minutes only from Hwy 285, so convenient to everything needed. We enjoyed the huge island, long dining table and abundant cushy sofas, as well as outdoor porches. Highly recommended!

Beautiful home on a secluded 5 acre parcel. Room to roam on the property with our four legged friends and the home is spacious. Kitchen had all the gadgets and updated appliances. Bedrooms were all very comfortable and the master was huge and had a steam shower! Large deck allowed for outside seating and eating. Enjoyed every moment of our stay.

Overall was great!!!
Road was horrible getting to it but once we got there was worth the bumpy drive!
Trail around the property was overgrown and hard to find lights and gnomes!
Grill did not work, which was unfortunate 🙁
House was great for our family of 6!
Views were great!
Overall, I would recommend this property for a relaxing time away!!

My family and I. 6 adults, 2 minors, and one infant thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Canales’ home. You can tell much care and thought is put into the home. Every dish, utensil, or equipment you could need on vacation. Heated floors, steam showers, indoor wood burning stove with wood and starter logs, smart tv’s, Bluetooth stereos. And the views….. covered car ports, motorized shades to cover the windows… and the town of FairPlay has a great market and local stores. Everything you could need to get away from the hustle and bustle. We will most likely attempt to stay again in the future!
