Your group will enjoy spreading out in this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo that sleeps 6 and has an enormous 27 X 10 ft balcony on the 20th floor! The views from the Living area, Master bedroom and balcony are mesmerizing! Get lost while viewing the horizon from a lounger and enjoy the gorgeous sunset everyday!
This condo has been completely remodeled and has all new furnishings, so everything is fresh and up to date! The cottage chic decor is highlighted with lots of natural sunlight because of the high ceilings (10 feet) and full-sized sliding glass doors. The kitchen is well-equipped and ready for any meals/snacks you would want to prepare. The bar area has ample seating for 3 and the dining table seats 6. There is a laundry room for your convenience. The first bedroom has a Queen bed and bunks that are twin over twin. There is a TV in this room and you have entry to the bathroom that has a tub shower combo. The Master bedroom has a King bed, 55' TV and an en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo and double vanity. The living area has plenty of comfortable seating, a large sofa and a 65' TV for entertainment when you are not down below at the Gulf or the beautiful pool and hot tub area. The condominium itself was very nice..great view..but it was not clean for the amount they charge for cleaning fee..the top comforter was dingy and had a smell as if five different ppl had slept on it..and flosser was left in the kitchen chair..the bed skirt/ cover on the the box spring was filthy all the way round wit big brown spots..had to throw one of the pillows on the floor had brown stain and it smelled.the floor was full of sand when we got there..a dirty hand towel hanging in the bathroom..i itched the whole weekend jus knwing it wasnt cleaned like it should hv been.. NOT CLEAN AT ALL for the price they charging for cleaning fee..my husband didnt even sleep on the bed😒
